Race Ported Zenoah 28.5cc 4 Bolt G290RC Long Block With Decked Cylinder and Lightened Piston

This is a brand new race ported Zenoah 4 Bolt G290RC 28.5cc long block. This is a great way to pick up a 4 bolt engine and save some money. To use this long block you will need a flywheel, coil, covers, carb, clutch. All of thse items can be removed from your stock engine and installed on this long block. Our long block comes with a complete 4 bolt Zenoah crank case with bearings and seals, Zenoah crank shaft, race ported top end. All long blocks come assembled as shown in the picture. The following port work has been done:

1. Resurface all ports for better gas/air mixture

2. Enlarge and reshape transfer ports for better flow

3. Enlarge and reshape exhaust port

4. Raise exhaust timing to our specs

5. Rebevel all porting and factory bevels to prevent damage to the top end

6. Cylinder decked for higher compression with out a thinner base gasket

7. Lighten Piston
