Race Ported Zenoah 25.4cc 4 Bolt G270RC Long Block

This is a brand new race ported Zenoah 4 Bolt G270RC long block. This is a great way to pick up a 4 bolt motor and save some money. To use this long block you will need a flywheel, coil, covers, carb, clutch. All of thse items can be removed from your stock engine and installed on this long block. Our long block comes with a complete 4 bolt Zenoah crank case with bearings and seals, Zenoah crank shaft, race ported top end. All long blocks come assembled as shown in the picture. The following port work has been done:

1. Resurface all ports for better gas/air mixture

2. Modify transfer ports for better flow

3. Enlarge exhaust port

4. Raise exaust timing

5. Rebevel all porting and factory bevels to prevent damage to the piston
