Machined and Race Ported Zenoah 4 Bolt 30.5cc Engine With 2mm Stuffed Crank

This is a brand new race ported Zenoah 30.5cc 4 bolt engine. Our race ported Zenoah 30.5cc engine comes with a Walbro WT-813 carb and Zenoah clutch. We have machined the combustion chamber for the 2mm stroker with out stacking gaskets. This allows the engine to rev higher and have a massive amount of torque. This engine has been completely torn down and ported. All of our porting is done by hand for maximum performance. The following port work has been done:

1. Machine combustion chamber for 2mm stroker

2. Resurface all ports for better gas and oil mixture

3. Enlarge and reshape exhasut port

4. Raise exhaust timing to our specs

5. Enlarge and reshape transfer ports for better flow

6. Install new gaskets and c-clips when reassembled

To install this engine in any hpi baja you either need to modify the Zenoah clutch or install a CY clutch.
