Full Mod Ported And Machined Zenoah 22.5cc G240RC 4 Bolt Motor

After many long months of testing our full mod 22.5cc Zenoah G240RC is here! After having the fastest bajas at the Hpi Baja Forum's Dunetoberfest 2008 we decided that is was time to release our full mod engine line. With the higher reliability of these new 4 bolt Zenoah motors we were able to get more hp with out sacrificing reliability. We put all of the knowledge that we have picked up from years of dyno and field testing and came up with a monster. To start we completely tear down the motor and do the following modifications:

1. Deck cylinder for higher compression with out using a thinner base gasket

2. Reshape piston

3. Lighten the piston

4. Relieve the piston to prevent seizing

5. Modify the intake port for better flow

6. Adjust intake timing to our specs

7. Resurface all ports

8. Modify transfer ports for better flow

9. Enlarge and reshape exhaust port

10. Adjust exhaust timing to our specs

11. Remove stock crank and install stuffed crank

12. Install all new gaskets and c-clips when engine is assembled

This engine fits

To install this engine on any hpi baja you either have to modify the Zenoah clutch or install a CY clutch.
