1811 - Monsterman Edition Full Mod 29.5cc +3mm Long Rod Engine

OBR is proud to relase the Monsterman Edition 29.5cc long rod engine.

Due to the high amount of labor that goes into these engines there is a few day lead time. 

For those of you not familar Monsterman (Chris) is a moderator on the HPI Baja Forum.  Chris came to us asked for a custom made engine for him. We were more than happy to take on the build. Chris has been a good friend of ours and we wanted to build something special. This engine is a spin off of our 29.5cc full mod LR 29.5cc engine. Chris mentioned he did not run in a very big space and asked for the engine to be tuned more for torque than rpm's. For higher reliability we went with our sealed clutch housing which allows for 3 bearings and 2 oil seals to be used in the bottom end. To top it all off we gave the engine a high gloss powder coat. 

Chris suffers from kidney failure and has to go through dialysis several times a week. To help with Chris's medical bills OBR will be donating a percentage of the profit of each engine sold to help Chris. Porting Spec:

1. Machine combustion chamber
2. Reshape piston 
3. Lighten piston 
4. Relieve piston to prevent seizes 
5. Modify intake port for better flow 
6. Adjust intake duration to our specs 
7. Resurface all ports 
8. Modify transfer ports for better flow 
9. Enlarge and reshape exhaust port 
10. Adjust exhaust duration to our specs 
11. Remove stock crank and install Syndicate 2mm stroker crankshaft with +3mm connecting rod 
12. Install all new gaskets and c-clips when engine is assembled 
13. Re-bevel all porting and stock bevels to prevent damage to the piston and/or cylinder
