CraftWerks-RC's Titanium Layshafts for the HPI Baja 5B/5T are a direct replacement for the included layshaft with the OBR TWIN cylinder engine kit, but MUCH lighter and stronger. Our Layshafts are machined from Grade 5 Titanium that gives you improvments in static and rotating mass. Exclusive to our shafts is a uniquely designed large button head screw that eliminates the stock E-clips that have a tendency to come off and can damage the drivetrain if it ends up between the spur and pinion gears. Never have another DNF on race day due to losing that pesky hard to install E-clip! The New V2 Layshaft has a redesigned buttonhead screw that is is much stronger than the previous model and The V2's now have CraftWerks-RC Logo engraved on them to set them apart from the previous version.  

These will ONLY fit our Twin kit. They do not work with other twins or engine.
